HOW TO VERIFY YOUR PAYQIN ACCOUNT?
We live in an era where the use of online
services has become the norm. However, the
verification of users' online identity, which is
not always mandatory, remains a loophole for
entirely virtual services like ours. That's why
we have made identity verification mandatory for
our users. Therefore, we invite you to verify
your PayQin account in order to continue using
our top-up, withdrawal and transfer services
To do so, follow these steps:
1- Go to the "Settings" tab
2- Click on "Verification Status
3- Scan your legal ID card, passport or driver's license (make sure the image is clear and the information is legible)
4- Take a selfie of yourself 5- Click on "Submit".
In addition, we have added a new service offer to our application which is the crypto account. But this offer is only available for customers whose accounts are verified.
NB: It will take us 2 to 3 business days to review your documents. Once your documents are approved, we will send you a confirmation email and a notification.
HOW TO TOP UP YOUR PAYQIN ACCOUNT?
To add money to your PayQin account, simply
follow the process below:
1- Click on the "Reload" option
2- Opt for "Mobile Money
3- Enter the amount of the top up
4- Select the mobile operator of your choice to continue the reloading. The rate is fixed at 2% of the amount to reload.
We accept payments via Mobile Money for the moment in the following countries: Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Mali, Benin, Togo, Burkina Faso and Senegal.
However, we will gradually add other countries in the next updates.

HOW TO WITHDRAW MONEY FROM YOUR PAYQIN ACCOUNT?
To begin with, it is important to note that you
have the possibility of making two types of
1- Withdrawal on account
2- Withdrawal on card
- ACCOUNT WITHDRAWAL
The balance of your PayQin account belongs to you, so you can request a withdrawal from this balance at any time by simply clicking on the "Withdrawal" option from the application. You will find a dialog box that you should fill in with the following information:
- a valid Mobile Money number;
- the amount to withdraw and follow the instructions.
Once effective, the withdrawal amount is automatically deducted from your balance until the request is accepted or refused.

HOW TO GET A PAYQIN VIRTUAL CARD?
To generate a virtual card, note that you must
have a sufficient balance in your PayQin
The cost of the standard card is 5000 XOF with a minimum reload of 5$ at the creation.
1- Click on the "Cards" section of the application and click on the "+" button.
2- Click on "Create a new card".
3- Click on "Get a card", then follow the instructions.
Amount required: you need XOF 5500 approximately on the account to generate a 3 years card with a balance of 5$ available on the card that you can use for your first online payments.
HOW TO TOP UP YOUR PAYQUIN VIRTUAL CARD?
To top up the virtual card, you must have
sufficient funds in the PayQin account. The
procedure is as follows:
1- Click on the "Card" option in the taskbar
2- Select the concerned card
3- Click on "Add money
4- Add the desired amount in $ and validate your payment
NB: There are no reload fees however, the minimum reload is 5 dollars which is equivalent to about 3000 FCFA.
RESTRICTIONS ON THE CARD
At the moment, we do not accept payments on
crypto currency sites, money transfer, gambling
sites, Skrill, Revolut and Western Union.
However the card works perfectly on PayPal,
Facebook and e-commerce sites like Alibaba,
Aliexpress, Amazon, PlayStore, AppStore, Netflix
etc for your online payments.
